DESTINATIONS
At the Rinascimento On-line Store, orders may be dispatched to all countries in the European Union.
In detail, orders are accepted from the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Orders placed on the Rinascimento On-line Store will be processed, prepared and delivered to the courier within 24/72 hours from the Order Confirmation, from Monday to Friday.
Shipment and delivery of orders may be delayed when placed during sale periods or during the following holidays: 1 January, 6 January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8 December, 25 December, 26 December.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to modify the shipping and delivery times.
STANDARD shipments in Italy will take place approx. in 1- 3 working days following shipment from our warehouse in Cremona, Italy (delivery times to the islands are approx. 3-4 working days).
Delivery times to European countries are 3-5 working days, for Cyprus and Malta 8-10 days and Russia approximately 15 days.
Shipping costs may vary from country to country. The table below indicates the tariffs applied for each country:
At the Rinascimento On-line Store, orders may be dispatched to all countries in the European Union.
You may place an order for a different country from your country of residence, but you must select the products and complete your purchases on the site of the country you wish the delivery to be made to.
You can always change the country of destination by selecting the correct country in the COUNTRY area in the menu on the bottom right.
The same product shown in different Countries may have different prices.
MONITORING DELIVERIES
After the order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail indicating the tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time on the Poste Italiane website for Italy and San Marino, and DHL for European countries.
You can always contact the Customer Service if the tracking number is not traceable.
For delivery of on-line orders, you can choose the most practical delivery address: your home, your office or to another person. Please note however that we cannot dispatch goods to a P.O. box.
Our courier (Poste Italiane for Italy and San Marino) delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours. The courier will make 2 attempts to deliver the parcel. If there is nobody at the indicated shipping address, the courier will leave a note with the address of the closest branch where you may collect your parcel in person.
Our courier (DHL for European countries) delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours. The courier will make 3 attempts to deliver the parcel. After the third attempt, the parcel will automatically be returned to the Rinascimento On-line Store warehouse and Customer Care will contact the Customer by e-mail when the parcel is received.
If the package is opened or tampered with upon delivery, you must refuse the package or sign to accept with reservation. If you fail to comply with this procedure, Rinascimento will not be liable for any disputes and/or claims for compensation.
